The private residence S3 was built to meet the daily needs of the family that requested its
construction. It was designed with emphasis on a minimal architectural design with wooden,
stone and elements of surfaces of concrete.
The building consists of one residence which has a private pool which takes full advantage of
the unobstructed sea view.
Our team was dedicated to this project from the beginning of its design to on-site supervision,
project management and construction.
